Week one of my workout routine has come to an end. So far so good. My routine includes, yoga, treadmill and free weights right now. I'm getting my body ready to do P90X. If you don't know what that is, I suggest you go YouTube it haha. It's an intense workout to work EVERY part of your body. I want to be cut by the summer! My best friend and I are so dedicated to making this happen. She comes over about 5 times a week to workout with me.
