Common Sense

Hey guys, I have to get this out there. There's something I encounter in my live cam room on a regular basis. By that I mean, every time I'm live on cam.

Workout Regimen: Week One

Week one of my workout routine has come to an end. So far so good. My routine includes, yoga, treadmill and free weights right now. I'm getting my body ready to do P90X.
