Over the weekend I caught this show called Strange Sex. It's on the TLC channel. I never heard of it before but found it quite interesting. The segment I was watching had to do with a term called, "Thinking Orgasms". A thinking orgasm is when someone has the ability to produce an orgasm without genital stimulation. Sounds crazy right? Well it's very possible for anyone! The woman was explaining how it has to do with tuning into your mind and body in a way most people don't usually do.
There is a lot about the mind scientist don't really understand or are able to explain. However that doesn't mean some things don't already exist or are possible. The brain is the most powerful part of our body. The woman in the story now has thinking orgasm classes in New York. To achieve a thinking orgasm you have to lay on the floor, get relaxed and bring all those sexy thoughts to your head. Then there is a lot of deep breathing involved. From what I understand, it's kind of the same state of mind as in when you practice yoga, tantra, etc. Stuff like that.
I haven't tried this theory out myself but I think I'm going to give it a shot. No guarantee I'll be able to achieve a thinking orgasm the first time around but it doesn't hurt to try right? lol
